01What turnaround time should I expect?
Most projects can be delivered within 24 to 48 hours, depending on length and complexity. Same-day delivery may be possible for a short project. I always confirm the schedule before work begins.
02How is the rate determined?
The rate depends on the project type, script length, and how and where the recording will be used. Send me those details and I will provide a clear quote.
03How can I check my script’s word count and approximate duration?
In Word, the word count usually appears in the lower-left corner. To estimate duration, allow approximately 150 words per minute for professional narration. This is an average; a fast-paced television commercial may be quicker.
04Can I hear your voice on my script before booking the project?
Yes. Send me a short excerpt and any direction you have about the desired tone. If you are unsure, that is no problem—I will take care of it. I will record a short test at no charge so you can hear the result before deciding.
05What file format will I receive?
In whichever format you need. By default, I generally deliver 48 kHz / 24-bit WAV files to preserve the best possible quality. If file size is a concern, I can also provide MP3s—or any other format your production requires.
06Do you also provide English voice-over?
No, I record in French only. If your project is bilingual, I can record the French voice and recommend my English-speaking collaborator.
